CR-5000 is an enterprise-level electronic system and PCB design suite developed by Zuken, one of Zuken's early flagship design tools. The tool was designed specifically for the enterprise market, providing complete electronic system design and PCB design functions, and was widely used in electronic R&D projects of large enterprises. Core features include: electronic system architecture design, PCB schematic capture, PCB layout and routing, design rule checking (DRC), multi-layer board design support, manufacturing data output (Gerber, drill files, etc.), engineering data management. CR-5000 was Zuken's main product before 2011 and was later replaced by the more advanced CR-8000 platform. The tool is currently discontinued, with its technology and user base gradually migrating to the CR-8000 platform.
