Introduction

EDWinXP is a highly integrated EDA/ECAD software suite covering the entire electronic product design process: schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB layout design, and PCB manufacturing and test file generation. It provides user-friendly schematic and PCB layout editors with a built-in 3D viewer and editor. It supports a VHDL editor (auto-creating projects from VHDL source code), 8051/AVR/PIC/Motorola microcontroller simulation, mixed-mode and EDSpice simulators and board-level analyzer. It supports automatic forward and back annotation for bidirectional synchronization between schematic and PCB design information. Supports reverse engineering project database reconstruction via Gerber ASCII format, and provides an Enterprise License Manager for network environment license activation and user count monitoring.
