HelioCad

Introduction

HelioCad is an AI-powered CAD, CAM and electronics workspace that runs in the browser. Describe a part or photograph one with your phone and HelioAI builds parametric 3D geometry, drafts the drawings and sheet sets, programs 2.5D to 5-axis toolpaths against your own machine's kinematics and simulates the whole job before you cut. The electronics side covers schematic capture, PCB layout and routing, circuit simulation and fabrication export, living in the same project as the enclosure. It also offers studio-lit PBR materials with path-traced preview, assembly mates with built-in FEA, direct Ruida and GRBL laser control, 3D printing hand-off, and a UI in 13 languages.
